About Plummer Law
Caitlin Plummer (Wolfe), owner of Plummer Law, is from Liverpool, Nova Scotia. She received her Bachelor of Arts: Combined Honours in Psychology and Sociology from Dalhousie University in 2013, followed by her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law in 2017. After completing her studies, Caitlin returned to the South Shore where she articled with Dumke Law and remained with the firm as an Associate after being called to the bar in 2018. In 2021, Caitlin became a Partner and the firm evolved into Dumke Plummer until December 1, 2023, when Plummer Law was created.

Caitlin’s practice focuses primarily on family law, including separation, divorce, custody, parenting time, grandparent contact time, child support, spousal support, division of property, marriage contracts, and child protection matters. She also assists clients with their estate and estate planning needs.
Caitlin brings a practical approach to family law matters and emphasizes the best interests of both her clients and any children involved. She is experienced in both uncontested and contested matters and has successfully appeared in various levels of court in Nova Scotia, including the Family Court, Supreme Court, Supreme Court (Family Division), and Small Claims Court.
